Order Process
Once get your Gerber file and PCB specification, our engineer will evaluate the whole data files and provide detail cost breakdown soon, Your dedicated one-on-one sales will get back to you as soon as possible with a tailor quotation, lead time and solution.
After quotation and confirm all details well, we will start the engineering work shortly. Normally EQ (engineer questions) and working Gerber file will be sent to you for approval before production, to ensure again all is well.
There're more than 20 steps to produce a PCB from drilling to surface treatment, MultPCB high-class plant will control all the processes seamlessly in house.
There're multi-tests during all the PCB production process by machines or manually, mainly including:
- Raw Material inspection
- Hole size test after drilling
- Inner layer checking with AOI machine
- Stack-up inspection
- Copper thickness inspection
- Outer layer checking with AOI machine
- Soldermask inspection
- Surface treatment inspection
- Board appearance inspection
- Open & Short Circuits test by testing machine
- Final quality check etc.
After FQC (Final Quality Check) and all PCBs are tested well, our fully automatic packaging machine will do vacuum package smoothly, Desiccant and Humidity Indicator Card will be put into every package to ensure it's in good condition when you receive them.

What is MOQ?
The order quantity can be followed with your real demand, from 1pcs to 1000k pcs per batch, our production is quite flexible, but the cost is different based on quantity per batch.
What's the Payment Term?
Payment terms is never a big case, for long-term customers, we generally offer net 30 or net 60 days payment terms. For new customers, the payment terms can be negotiated based on the specifics of the order and forecast.
What's the Lead Time?
Normally, PCBs are delivered by air of by sea, our forwarder has cooperated with us for more than 18 years. For air freight, UPS/FedEx/DHL will take 3-7 days to send the shipment; For Sea cargo, it will take 20-40days to deliver.
Do You Provide Door to Door Service?
Sure we can, after you confirm the order and all engineer questions, you only need to wait, then the shipment will be directly send from our factory to your office or plant, very convenient and smooth.
